In January this year a representative from BVQI visited us with the purpose of conducting our re-certification audit. After a [surprisingly] enjoyable couple of days spent discussing and scrutinising our procedures and processes, we are delighted to announce that we passed inspection with no observations or non-conformities (i.e. with ‘flying colours’)! As such, we have now been recertified until February 2016.
